Sabrina Laster is the Founder and CEO of Radical Dreams, a multimedia consulting company. She founded the company in July of 2025, guided by a sense of alignment and a desire to create a structured, supportive environment for creatives focused on bridging concepts and execution.

Sabrina thinks like a creative and communicates like a strategist. Beyond entertainment, she draws from a wide interdisciplinary network that spans media, political, cultural, and social work spaces.

Sabrina has professional experience across national digital campaigns, creative development, content strategy, and production operations.

Her background includes on-set coordination and executive support for nationally syndicated television productions. She has contributed to media strategy and content development for both talent and organizations, like Tonya Lewis Lee and the National Association of Social Workers (Georgia Chapter). She currently serves on the Emerging Leaders Board at Entertainment 2 Affect Change, where she is a judge for the yearly Social Impact Film Festival.

Sabrina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Media Studies and Mass Communications from the University of Georgia, with a minor in Political Science.
